These are books. Books are flat. They stack nicely on tables. They stack nicely on shelves also. If you use your eyes to look at this photo, you will notice books. The books you’ll notice are stacked, one-on-top-of-the-other, on the shelving in this over-sized niche. If you wanted, say, a book from the top shelving, you’d probably need a big fucking ladder.
